Shipping Information:
Orders will be shipped within 3 business days upon receipt of the order for items in stock. For orders with engraving, please allow two weeks.
All items will be shipped via the U.S. post office Priority Mail, Insured with Delivery Confirmation and will arrive in 2-3 days from the shipping date.
Shipping and handling fees:
Orders up to $499 ~ $10.75
Orders from $500-$999 ~ $14.75
Return Policy:
Please Note: engraved or customized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.
We hope you are very happy with your purchase. But if for whatever reason you are not satisfied we will be happy to provide a full refund under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned in new, unworn condition with all original packaging materials within 14 days of the sale.
- All returns will be processed after we inspect and verify the item. Returns take approximately five business days upon receipt of the item to process.
- Refunds will be in the form of original payment.
For your security, please insure the items being returned and retain your shipping receipt as we cannot be responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Product Care:
Storing your jewelry in its box will prevent it from getting scratched. A natural property of sterling silver is that the metal, when exposed to air, will tarnish. You can us a silver polish on the highly polished surfaces and water will not harm silver, just wipe it dry. DO NOT use any liquid dip cleaner or ultra sonic cleaner as both processes will remove the oxidation (the blackened areas).
Custom orders:
We understand that every person has their own unique style and sensibilities and we are happy to work with you to create a meaningful one of a kind product. Our pendants may be custom cast in platinum, white gold or yellow gold. Diamonds or other gem stones may be added as well. Please contact us for a quote and to share your ideas, we are here to help.
